Privacy notice
Who we are
Stellaris is a trading name of Lumen Labs Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16386579). Lumen Labs Limited is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hello@getstellaris.com.
What we collect
- Your work email address.
- If you choose one, the kind of organisation you work at.
- Which form you used, the date and time, and which version of this notice was on the page.
- Anything you tell us when you write to us.
We don't store your IP address or browser details, and we don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
The check that you're a person
When you start filling in the form, the page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person and not a bot. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare uses this for the check and to keep its service secure. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details to review your request, reply to you, and tell you when your access is ready. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering a request you made and running our business. We won't add you to any other mailing list or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the request list for us.
- Our email provider carries our replies to you.
Both act on our instructions. They may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States, under the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your request until 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it, unless you become a customer. In that case we tell you how we handle customer data at that point. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@getstellaris.com and we'll reply within one month. Every email we send includes a way to say "no thanks".
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll publish the new version here with a new date.
